Safari Tanzania: deals, quotes, prices and travel itineraries
Many of our customers call it “the dream of a lifetime“!!
The Tanzania Safari is in fact an extremely rich and immersive journey. Two journeys in one: on the one hand, the local culture is still little contaminated by technology, rich in traditions to be discovered thanks to our guides who will accompany you and explain pleasant anecdotes, and on the other hand, the wild nature of the Savannah that will be constantly within your reach whether you are in the national parks or even in the streets of the villages you will cross.
The journey takes place in complete safety and the attention to the comfort of the vehicles and lodges chosen will make this journey more pleasant despite the dirt roads. The spirit of adaptation is essential!!
The wildlife is unpredictable and each trip is unique and unrepeatable. Listening to the stories of each traveler is exceptional because everyone tells anecdotes and different stories of hunting or mating scenes or even who witnesses the birth of a puppy.
And what story will you tell us? Which photos will you take home and which ones in your mind? Surely it is one of those journeys that you will tell for the rest of your life!!

Safari in Tanzania: experience the thrill of an authentic trip
Tanzania is the beating heart of wild Africa: a land of endless savannahs, fiery sunsets and close encounters with the most iconic wildlife on the planet. With Magilani Safaris, a tour operator specialized in safaris in Tanzania, you can transform the dream of a safari into a tailor-made, authentic and comfortable experience. From the Serengeti plains to the Ngorongoro crater, each itinerary is designed to let you experience the magic of Africa in total safety and with the support of expert guides.
Tanzania’s National Parks: Where to Experience Your Safari
Serengeti National Park: the realm of the Great Migration
The Serengeti is the epicenter of African wildlife, famous for the Great Migration, one of the most extraordinary natural spectacles in the world. Every year, more than 1.5 million wildebeests, accompanied by zebras and gazelles, move in search of fresh pastures, followed by predators such as lions and leopards.
The endless plains of the Serengeti offer the unique opportunity to spot the “Big Five“, namely lion, leopard, rhinoceros, African elephant, African buffalo and to experienceand unforgettable motions in every season. And what would it be like if, on your way home, you could tell us that you were lucky enough to have also met the Big Little Five?
- Wildebeest Antelope: A small artiodactyl with small, crescent-shaped horns.
- African Common Hedgehog: A small nocturnal mammal with brown spines.
- Rhinoceros beetle: An insect with a strong, armored body, often with two or more horns.
- Indian Gracula: A necklace-like bird with a black head and a white body.
- Leopard tortoise: A medium-sized tortoise with a gray-brown colored armor with dark spots.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area: the crater of life
The UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ngorongoro Crater is a volcanic caldera that is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife. With around 25,000 large mammals, including black rhinos, elephants, lions, buffalo, and leopards, it offers the chance to spot the “Big Five” in a single day. Its grasslands, forests and lakes create a unique ecosystem, ideal for photographic safaris and wildlife viewing. Imagine turning around and instead of seeing a lake you find yourself in front of a huge pink spot: these are the myriads of flamingos that you can find in this magical place.
Tarangire National Park: the land of baobabs and elephants
Tarangire is known for its majestic baobab forests and for being home to the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania. During the dry season, groups of up to 300 individuals can be observed gathering along the Tarangire River.
The park also offers sightings of lions, giraffes, zebras , and a rich variety of birds, making it a must-visit destination for nature lovers.
Lake Manyara National Park: a paradise for birds and tree lions
Located in the foothills of the Rift Valley, Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its diverse landscapes and the presence of tree-climbing lions, a rare and fascinating behavior that you can’t see anywhere else.
The lake is home to over 400 species of birds, including pink flamingos, pelicans, and herons, providing a breathtaking sight for birdwatchers.
With Magilani Safaris, each park becomes a unique adventure, designed to let you experience the magic of Tanzania in an authentic and unforgettable way.
